The Student Support Web site and
many features in WebCT run with popup windows. Users are
encouraged to
disable popup blocker
software before accessing your WebCT course or the
Student Support Web site.
If your questions are not answered after browsing the
Student Support Web
site, assistance by phone is available during
business hours. If all else fails, you can fill out our
Student Help Request form. We will respond to these requests as
soon as possible. Allow 2 business days for a reply or resolution during
weekdays, weekend and holiday.
