UHCL Launches WebCT 4.1 - Spring 2004
If you're an experienced WebCT user, you'll find lots to like in 4.1. The first thing you'll notice upon access is that the overall layout of the pages has changed somewhat. The basic functionality, however, remains relatively unchanged.
