Add the Quiz/Survey Tool to Your Course

  1. Click on the Control Panel button.

  2. Choose to "Add a Page or Tool".

  3. Choose to add the Quizzes/Surveys tool.

  4. Add the information required to make the link students will see for quizzes.

    1. The first blank is for the text to be linked to the quiz tool (i.e., Quizzes, Tests, Surveys).
    2. You can have the link appear in either the navigation area on the left or on an organizer page like the homepage of the course - or both. If you choose to have a link on an organizer page, you will also need to decide if you want an icon to be part of the link or not, and if so, which icon.
    3. Finally, click "Add" to create the link to the new tool.
