Deleting Groups

Warnings about deleting groups:

• If you delete a presentation group, all the files associated with that group are also deleted and cannot be recovered. The graphic below shows the file for a group.
  
• If you chose to have a discussion area created for a group the discussion area is not deleted when you delete the group. It would have to be deleted through the discussions tool.

To delete a group:

1. Click the Presentations link on the Course menu.
2. On the Group List screen you will see all the presentation groups listed.
3. To delete a particular group click the radio button next to the group then click the Delete button on the Actions menu.
4. To delete all groups click the for Delete all button on the actions menu.
