Adding the My Grades Tool

The first step in using the WebCT online gradebook is to add the My Grades tool to your course.
  1. Log in WebCT using your instructor ID. Click on the Expanded Control Panel.

  2. Select My Grades under the Add Page or Tools column.

  3. In the Add My Grades page, type in the Course Menu title, such as "Grades", you want to appear as the link to the grade book in WebCT. Also, complete the settings which will determine where the Grades links will appear (Course Menu, Organizer Page--with or without icon, etc.). Usually, just adding the link to the Course Menu is sufficient.

  4. You now have a link to your gradebook for your students. Now we need to configure the grade book.
