Requesting Course Space

Requesting course space is simple, just contact WebCT support

by phone: 281-283-2828 (ask for Sandy or Cynthia)

or email: webctsupport@uhcl.edu

and provide the following information:

  1. Course Number and Subject (i.e., ACCT 3331)
  2. Course section  (i.e., 01, 11, 21)
  3. Course Title 
  4. Semester in which this course will be taught (i.e., Summer 2008; Fall 2008)   
  5. Name of person teaching the course     
  6. Contact email and telephone number for the person teaching the course
  7. Names of persons that will need designer access

Each WebCT course shell is created manually by either Sandy or Cynthia. We get extremely busy two weeks before the semester starts and the first two weeks of class.

It would help tremendously if faculty can get their course requests to us before May 23rd for Summer 2008 and before August 1st for Fall 2008.
