Technology Issues

One of the most daunting issues with online courses is making sure the technology you use to access the course meets the minimum requirements for standard performance. Following is a list of things to check before starting your course.

Browser Settings

Your browser will need to be set up in a certain way in order to properly view the courses. Things such as Cache settings, Java-Script, and resolution will need to be pre-set. Please review the recommended browser settings on the Student Support Site before beginning your course.

Plug-Ins

Sometimes courses will use software that requires additional programs to be installed on your computer. To be sure that your computer is compatible with most courses, visit the Student Support Site's plug-ins page, and test your computer.

All computers located on campus meet the minimum requirements for our courses.
