Know Where To Find Help
We have several help resources for you in case you have problems with the course. Follow the steps below if you encounter difficulty with a Web course.
Step 1
Check out the UHCL WebCT Student Support Site for information on how to adjust your browser settings, links to various resources, plug-ins, and WebCT tutorials. We even have an anonymous feedback form to handle your compliments (or complaints).
Step 2
Contacting your instructor is the next step, especially for problems with a specific course. Remember, you can usually find your Instructor's contact information in the course Syllabus.
Step 3
Live Chat Support is available. Clicking on the "Get Live Help Via Chat" button (also located on the WebCT Entry Page) will connect you to an operator.
The operators are available for the hours the Delta computer lab is open. You can find those hours by visiting the Academic Computing Lab web site.
Step 4
E-mail UHCL's help desk (helpdesk@cl.uh.edu) for general technical issues.
E-mail WebCT Support (Student Help Request) for WebCT related questions.
